About me
I'm Nitay Dagan, a filmmaker working somewhere between cinema, digital culture, comedy, and whatever strange format the internet invents next.
I graduated from the Sam Spiegel School of Film and Television, where I learned to take storytelling very seriously, but never too seriously. Since then, my work has moved between scripted film, commercials, social-first series, podcasts, immersive projects, and branded content, often looking for the place where craft and culture rub against each other in the strangest way.

I'm drawn to stories that mix high and low: philosophy and punchlines, big emotions and dumb behavior, cinematic ambition and TikTok timing.
I like characters who are trying very hard to understand themselves, usually at the worst possible moment.
Whether I'm directing a film, cutting a one-minute comedy, building a campaign, or developing a new format, I'm interested in work that feels sharp, emotional, and alive.
The kind of thing that knows the algorithm exists, but still believes in cinema.
